What Is It About?

You are expecting a child and wish for more inner stability and confidence for the upcoming birth? Along with the joy of pregnancy, uncertainty, fears, or feeling overwhelmed can also arise. These feelings are not uncommon – and there are good ways to deal with them.

Possible triggers can be:

Uncertainties related to prenatal examinations or abnormal findings

Stressful life situations (e.g., family conflicts, separation, lack of support)

Personal physical or mental health conditions

Previous birth experiences that have not been emotionally processed

Feelings of being overwhelmed, anxious, or mood swings

Other personal issues experienced as stressful

In a protected and respectful setting, we take time for your concerns. Together we look at what paths and resources can relieve and strengthen you.
